Time has just about run out for 1st Time Homebuyer&amp;#39;s to get the $8000 tax credit.&amp;nbsp; You must close on or before November 30, 2009.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Seems like lots of time you say.....think again!&amp;nbsp; Right now the average loan is taking 45 days to be processed thru to closing.&amp;nbsp; And that is if there are no significant problems.&amp;nbsp; Let&amp;#39;s see.....doesn&amp;#39;t seem like quite so much time now does it?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You truly need to target your closing date for the week of November 16th.&amp;nbsp;
