Attention all 1st Time Homebuyers, do not wait another minute....In order to take advantage of the 1st Time Homebuyer's Tax Credit you must CLOSE on the home of your dreams before DECEMBER 1, 2009!
It's almost the end of July, that gives you just a little over 4 months to get this accomplished! Now that might seem like a lot of time to you, but don't wait until the last minute to get this process started!
