Weather is bad and you're stuck in the house, make good use of this time by looking around and starting to organize and declutter. Start packing up those items that you won't be using. You have to pack them sometime, so why not now rather than later. That way when the weather is warm you can spend more time outside instead of inside packing!
You will want to start your spring cleaning a little early this year....start making a list of those items that you will want to spruce up, repair or possibly even replace. Starting to work now on those indoor items and save the exterior items for when the weather improves.
Don't forget to put planting spring flowers on that list.....remember that you only have one chance to make a first impression and that starts with curb appeal before those buyers even set foot inside your property.
Clean, Clean, Clean- your house can never be too clean. It should be sparkling by the time you are ready to put it on the market.
